A well-organized storage program helps protect exhibit components, improve inventory visibility, and reduce the amount of preparation required before each show.
Exhibit properties can be stored in appropriate racked or floor locations according to their size, construction, and handling requirements. Components are kept together whenever practical, and available inventory information can be used to prepare pull lists for upcoming events. Before shipment, the exhibit can be staged for inspection, cleaning, repair, graphic changes, or packing.
