RELIABLE SETUP START TO FINISH

Professional Exhibit Installation with Careful Coordination

CW Displays provides professional trade show installation and dismantling services for custom exhibits, modular displays, portable booth systems, and branded event environments. With more than 20 years of industry experience, our team understands the importance of completing every installation accurately, safely, and on schedule. We coordinate with exhibitors, show contractors, freight teams, venue personnel, electricians, audiovisual providers, and other service partners to help ensure that each booth is ready before the event opens.

Every exhibit has its own layout, structural requirements, graphics, lighting, furniture, product displays, audiovisual equipment, and finishing details. Before installation begins, we review the booth design, setup instructions, packing lists, event schedule, and venue requirements. Our installers then assemble the exhibit according to the approved plan, position graphics and displays, make necessary adjustments, and inspect the completed booth for missing components, damage, or other concerns.

After the show, our dismantling team carefully takes down the exhibit, organizes its components, and prepares everything for return shipping or storage. Panels, graphics, lighting, hardware, furniture, electronics, and custom-built elements are packed with care to help reduce damage during transportation. When needed, we can also document missing or damaged items and coordinate the exhibit’s return to our facility for inspection, repair, refurbishment, or long-term storage.

By keeping installation, dismantling, shipping, and storage connected through one experienced team, CW Displays helps exhibitors avoid communication gaps and last-minute surprises. Our goal is to make the physical side of exhibiting easier to manage so clients can focus on their visitors, presentations, and business objectives

OUR I&D PROCESS

From Freight Arrival to Final Pack-Out

A structured process helps protect the exhibit, use labor efficiently, and keep every stage of the event moving in the correct order.

  1. Pre-show review: confirm event dates, booth drawings, labor requirements, freight plans, service orders, and venue details.
  2. Freight receipt and inventory: locate crates and cases, organize components, and identify any missing or visibly damaged materials.
  3. Exhibit installation: assemble booth structures, position displays, install graphics, and coordinate related show services.
  4. Final inspection: review the completed booth, make adjustments, remove packing materials, and prepare the space for the exhibitor.
  5. Post-show dismantling: carefully disassemble the exhibit, organize hardware, protect finished surfaces, and repack components.
  6. Outbound coordination: prepare freight for pickup, return the exhibit to the client, or transport it to storage for inspection and future use.
